This is another interesting community within the Newport Coast. Here there are about five groups of neighborhood and it offers a 24 hours gated community. Properties here are in a good position because they are close to center of attraction and recreational facilities. Pelican Hill Resort as well as the golf course were ranked the best in 2012 and they are located within the Pelican Hill. Just like other places, it featured the best architectural design from Tuscan, Mediterranean, as well as Spanish. These are great options to choose from for investors.
