Vista Del Verde The Black Gold Golf Course and Yorba Linda's newest Elementry School makes Vista Del Verde a very pleasant place to live.  Located in the hills, many of the homes offer panoramic views of city lights and Disneyland fireworks.  Homes were built in 2002 up to present construction by Toll Brothers, Pulte Homes, DR Horton, and Shea.  The area is beautifully landscaped with winding sidewalks, trees, greenbelts, horse trails, and golf course views.  Prices range from luxury condos in the $700s to large homes in the One Millions to large estates over $3 Million. Travis Ranch Many long time Yorba Linda residents will settle for nothing other than Travis Ranch.  Located in the central part of Yorba Linda, it is surrounded by a other communities and offers convenient access to shopping, churches, schools, parks, and area freeways.  To the south of Travis Ranch is the Yorba Regional Park with small lake and access to trails.  Yorba Linda Country Club is to the west end of Travis Ranch. Camino De Bryant Located at the East end of Yorba Linda, the separation of distance and limited access gives Camino De Bryant more isolation and privacy.  Built in the early 90s, these homes start smaller at the bottom of the hill and rise as they wind up the hill to some soaring heights.  The community offers a Blue Ribbion award winning elementry school and some of the finest homes in the area.  Prices begin at the bottom of the hill at the high $600s.  At the top of the hill you can find homes ranging from $1 million to estates valued much higher. Eastlake Village A private 15 acre lake is the center piece of this highly desirable community.  The lake is surrounded by homes with private electric boat docks and a community club house.  Another 2000 homes surround the lake intertwined with the greenbelts and horse trails.  The homeowners association, one of the most reasonable at $58 per month for off lake residents, offers all these ameneties plus 4 pools and more.  Home prices in Eastlake range from the mid $800s to over one million. Hidden Hills Similar to Camino De Bryant, this community branches off of a single road that winds it's way to the top of the Yorba Linda hills.  At it's top, it offers some of the most amazing views in the area.  It's limited access keeps drive thru traffic to a minimum.  Hidden Hills is centrally located overlooks Travis Ranch to the West and Camino De Bryant to the East.  You'll find homes beginning in the one million dollar range. Kerrigan Ranch Yorba Linda's newest high end community is located at the east end of the Vista Del Verde development.  All of these fine homes have one acre lots and offer living spaces beginning at 5000 sq.ft.  Here you will find some of Yorba Linda's finest newer homes beginning at just over $2 million. Old Towne Yorba Linda Toward the West end of Yorba Linda you will find older homes built in the 60s and 70s.  Many of these homes have been carefully restored and upgraded to form an impressive and elegant community.  The area is the heart of the "land of gracious living"  Former President Nixon was born in one of these homes and the Library bearing his name is a social and cultural, and historical center for the area.  Many of these homes are on larger lots, offer horse facilities and access to trails that wind through the community that was at one time an expansive avacado gove.  Stroll down main street in Old Towne Yorba Linda, get some fresh vegetables at the farmers market on Saturdays, and pick up a few ods and ends at one of the few remaining old fashioned local hardware stores.  You'll find the Yorba Linda Library a block away.
