Community History and Overview
Eastbluff has 460 single-family detached homes that follow thirteen different floor plans. The community was built by two separate developers starting in 1964.

Eastbluff boasts a beautiful private park enjoyed by residents of all ages located on Alta Vista and Basswood. The park features all of the standard recreation equipment for children and adults, and is the location for many of the community's events, such as Easter egg hunts and Fourth of July celebrations.
