Newport Beach Real Estate 

Below are the different Newport Beach Neighborhoods:

1)  Corona Del Mar is actually part of Newport Beach with homes on both sides of Pacific Coast Highway.  Corona Del Mar has some amazing views of the Pacific Ocean from Luxury homes with a wide variety of architecture.  Downtown Corona Del Mar is a quaint town with shops and restaurants perfect for strolling and shopping and walking distance to many of the homes.  Many of the downtown streets are named after flowers.  
 
2)  Newport Heights is located across the bay from Lido Island and West Newport just east of Pacific Coast Highway.   You'll find great views including views of Newport Bay, Catalina Island, and the Pacific Ocean.   It's a great place to find a good deal on a Condo but you'll also find $5 million dollar homes in Newport Heights as well.   Kings Road is the street where you'll find some of the most fabulous homes in the Heights.   
 
3)  West Bay - Santa Ana Heights area is located north of Newport Bay  It has close access to the John Wayne airport in Orange County.  West Bay Newport Beach homes in this area is sometimes referred to as the "Upper Newport Bay" area.  The West Bay - Santa Ana Heights is one of the most affordable areas in Newport Beach with close proximity to the 5  & 55 freeway.  Homes in this part of Newport Beach starts around $600,000 up to multi-million dollar homes.  Dover Shores is a popular community in the upper bay area.  Below are some of the Upper Newport Real Estate listings offered for sale in the West Bay - Santa Ana Heights area of Newport Beach.

5)  East Bluff - Harbor View - There are 45 different neighborhoods in East Bluff in Newport Beach.  It covers a large portion of the city.  You can find large family homes in gated communities in close proximity to Corona Del Mar and the Fashion Island Shopping Center.   You'll find communities like One Ford Road, Bonita Canyon, Bay View Terrace, Big Canyon, And Harbor View.  The majority of them are great family neighborhoods where you see a lot of children in East Bluff.  Homes tend to be a little larger here and the location is excellent with it's close proximity to Corona   You'll see a wide variety of architecture from Spanish, Traditional to Contemporary.
